Camp Mate Intent Form

Due: March 15, 2026

Expresses your intent to join Unitopia at Burning Man 2026. Not a binding commitment, but required to be considered.

Camp Dues Agreement

Due: April 15, 2026

Confirms financial commitment and refund policy.

Work Shift Sign-Up

Due: May – June 2026

Ensures fair distribution of labor — build, strike, hosting, cleaning, etc.

Early Arrival Request

Due: June 2026 · Optional

For build crew & essential roles only. Approval required.

Vehicle & RV Info

Due: June 2026 · If applicable

Placement logistics and DMV compliance.

Participation Expectations

  • Complete all assigned work shifts

Estimated costs: Burning Man ticket ~$600 · Vehicle Pass ~$200 · Camp dues ~$300–$400


2026 Art Car: SoGnarwhal

Unitopia is co-creating SoGnarwhal alongside Sean Kester — a mythic fusion of narwhal magic, sonic exploration, and pure playa joy.

Expect shimmering visuals, oceanic-unicorn vibes, and music that calls you to move — whether under the sun or beneath the stars.

Ways to Participate

  • Build and art support (pre-playa & on playa)
  • DJing or live musical performance
  • Art car crew shifts (safety, spotting, support)
  • Setup, strike & care of the vehicle

Leave No Trace

  • Pack out everything you bring
  • Participate in MOOP sweeps
  • Help during strike & final cleanup
